The website distills the many critiques of solar geoengineering into six simple reasons to oppose geoengineering ranging from potentially causing droughts to providing false excuses to delay climate action.
It also takes on the idea that “we’re not talking about deployment; we’re just talking about research. What harm could research do?”and asks scientist and professor Raymond Pierrehumbert to explain the real problems that open air experiments can cause.
